The brand has captured the nation’s attention through its fun and exciting products and also an extremely compelling back story of how the company started out and has since become one of the fastest growing businesses in 2024. You may have seen this brand on LinkedIn, Tik Tok and Instagram due to their strong online presence. The company has worked with famous footballers and celebrities such as Chunkz and Molly Mae. The company have also won multiple awards recently acknowledging both the products and the founder’s entrepreneurship. The company is growing rapidly and has an increased customer base which is why they are looking for a motivated performance marketing manager. Role: Our client is looking for a performance marketing expert who will take the lead in driving the paid media strategy execution. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the performance marketing vision to support customer acquisition, engagement and growth. This role requires a creative, brand-focused mindset with the ability to pick up on our brand identity and tone of voice, leading on content development to meet performance goals and collaborating with others in the business to optimise our content production. Everything you do will be driven by in-depth analysis and data and you should have a tenacity for seeking out the small improvements that can come from constant and rigorous testing. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok & Google. Manage six-figure monthly advertising budget to efficiently drive ROAS and meet CPA targets and run testing to maximise results. • Work with the Founder and others in the business to produce on-brand, high-impact content that resonates with our target audience, and share insights on content performance to inform ongoing strategy. Develop key understanding of brand identity to lead on content development. • Manage day-to-day optimisation of Meta, TikTok, Google & Youtube ads to ensure optimal performance, and working on new in-platform opportunities. • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on core KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement. Monitor and track growth metrics, making data-driven recommendations. • Continuously gather insights from the DTC sector to understand best practices and market trends, utilising this knowledge to enhance strategies and decision-making. • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular updates on KPIs and making data-driven recommendations to continuously improve performance. • Manage day-to-day optimisation of Meta, TikTok, Google & Youtube ads to ensure optimal performance, and working on new in-platform opportunities. • Day-to-day management of Performance Marketing budget with the Head of Ecommerce. What our client would like to see (essential): • At least 3+ years of campaign management with a healthy knowledge of D2C/Ecommerce/Subscription models. • Experienced in setting and maintaining KPIs, consistently driving your team to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards. • You have strong analytical skills, using data to identify patterns, solve problems, and make informed decisions. You have the ability to analyse customer behaviour at different stages of the marketing funnel and optimise campaigns accordingly. You are able to process large amounts of information, prioritise independently, and translate data into actionable insights. • Experience in a fast-growing scaleup working at a fast pace. • You are up-to-date with digital and social media trends, and have the ability to leverage trends and new platforms to drive high-impact, innovative campaigns. You embrace technological and AI advancements to improve team performance and operational effectiveness.
